I'm start to plan next years big trip, which will be to Orlando FL. I'm thinking it is going to take me 3 days to get there from Worcester MA. Does anybody have any recommendations in terms of route and/or places to stop along the way?

Worcester to Orlando in 3 days won't leave any time for side trips or sightseeing, so may as well jump on I-95 and point it south. If you are flexible on time there are a number of interesting places to visit along the way; Hershey, PA; Shenandoah Valley, VA, Williamsburg, VA; Coastal Carolina; Savannah, Ga; St Augustine, FL. We just finished a 3-month trip to Boston, driving about 300 miles per day and taking the next day (or 2 or 3)to see local attractions.

M&M,
That's the way to do it for sure. No stress, take your time, and see the sites instead of passing by them. There is so much to see in small town America.

M&M,
I know that we a skipping a lot of places on the east coast. The plan is to doDisney with the kids next summer while they are young. You confirmed my theory that 95 is the best route. Any suggestion on campgrounds to spend a night at along 95?
We just visited Williamsburg VA, Shenandoah VA, Hershey PA this summer.

We are somewhat partial to KOA, most we have stayed at are very nice and well maintained. There is one off I-95 in the Savannah, GA area and another in St. Augustine, FL that we liked. Wife enjoys traveling, we have a relative nearby and a neighbor who check on the house, collect the mail and forward it to use every few weeks and we pay all our bill on-line or by credit card. Unfortunately we do have some major issues with the camper, it is at a repair shop now waiting on Crossroads to make some decisions.

Hi Danny, we toured Cape Cod in early July (all the way to P-town) then headed to Freeport, ME for a week....our first trip to a great part of the country. You just have to make a plan and put it on the calendar and then do it.
