Slide out stuck help

So I purchased the slingshot probably 5 yrs ago. It’s a 2012 29ft. I was extending the slide out and then it stopped and would then only retract a few inches. Is there a manual override? I don’t have the original manual and can’t find one specific to the slingshot. Any help would be awesome. Thanks

Do you know what slide you have as each one has a different way to manually move it.

Do you have a manual override crank? If so this might help! https://youtu.be/o_3vc0STmfI

Does it have a rack with gears under the slide or cables on the wall or rails on the side. Each one is different and the process to close them is different. The easiest one is the under floor.

I think you have a Schwintek slide. If the rails look like picture, here is the manual for help.
