Question 2013 slide out installed wrong

2013 Lincoln front right slide out has been installed out of level multiple service calls and every one has said nothing can be done every penny I had I put into buying this to work on the road for my family no warranty 2 years old and now this need help please

Are you saying the complete slide and the hole in the trailer it's in is installed out of level and plumb??
If it's just the slide, all slides have adjustments to correct this.

I'm being told it is fixed no adjustments 4 different tech told me it's swinteck

Ok, I thought it was the hydraulic slide but you have the electric Schwintek. I have two of those on mine and there is a sequence with running the slide in and out a few times and holding the button which you can get the exact details on the Schwintek site to align them if it's the sides of the slide that are not closing tight.

Now...If it's the top and bottom there is some lower roller adjustment but not an easy task.

The bottom is not in all the way as to the top

The top is in all the way and bottom is out some when slide is all the way in
