Question 2014 Rushmore Franklin can’t find converter

Recently bought a 2014 Rushmore Franklin. Battery will not charge. No lights or a/c but TV’s and microwave work when connected to shore power. Where is the converter located?

If you can locate the fuse/circuit breaker panel somewhere inside the trailer, the converter should be behind that panel.

You may also check in the basement storage behind the wall. That is where the one on our Seville is. It is a deck mount so it is not in the power distribution panel with the breakers and fuses.
