2016 Franklin - Splendide 7100

I went out and bought a Splendide 7100 finally got in up into the bedroom.
the machine is 23.5 in and the opening is 23 in - Do these people ever hire real engineers? There are few waher/dryer combos for RVs and you would think they could research the option. I will check and see if this is a option. Meanwhile customer service is checking the engineering plans.

Maybe R&R the door frame. My best fix. Good luck. Our Ariston washer is also 23.5 wide. But opening on our W/D pantry is 25" wide.

So I heard back from Customer Service. They told me to R&R one side of the door frame. They said all the units are made this was. I asked about getting the trim and I imagine that will break. He told me to go see a dealer.

I wonder if the construction plans are available anywhere?

I guess to work in the RV industry you don't need a degree but must be a
certified "Idiot"

The trim comes off pretty easy..couple of screws and some caulking to hold it to the frame. Are you venting it outside? Be careful. I had wires running where Crossroads had marked to drill the hole. Good luck

The. Only plans crossroads have on there trailers is who buys it so they get paid
They don't care about the consumer 1 bit.
They only need to sale you 1 trailer. They care less about a repeat customer
Just my $.002

Well i pulled off one side of the moulding on the door jam and squeezed her in there. It is a design error and I let them know right now.

At least it fit through the outside door.
Motorhomes. You have to pull the windshield out to replace the couch.
