bubbles in wall

I just noticed I have a small area left of my front slide on my 14 Lincoln model that appear to be small bubbles. Would this be from a water leak of some kind. Its about a 4 inch circle

Our experience has been that bubbles inside usually means water intrusion. I would have it looked at as soon as possible and have it fixed before it gets worse.
