I do have many photos that I have forwarded to CR. But, I believe that I need to keep this information between the effected parties at this time.

Thanks again for everyones support.

Jim:
I certainly hope that you got that piece of advise from your attorney, and not from CR.
If it was coming from CR, I would wonder if there was some kind of threat involved.

The most important thing is that you both are safe. Next is that this situation is handled to your satisfaction. We're all watching and expectingCR to do the right thing.

Thanks to all!!
I will keep this updated as we go forward.
Hopefully, it will be a very quick process. I am a cardiac patient and I do not need this stress!!!!!

I did write to the President of CR. No word yet from him as far as I know of.

I would expect that you would receive some form of communication from Don Emahiser. An email reply would be the minimum response. I would EXPECT at leastphone call.

A little bit of history with myCF30QB, it went to the service center twice a CR's expense due tofaulty siding. At that time it was called "frog skin" and the siding had to be entirely replaced. Two sets offilon siding went bad andthe third time CRput gel coat on. I drove from FLto Topeka to pick it up on the last visit.(CRcovered my expenses)Mark Lucas the President of CR at that time made a point to be notified when I arrived to personally apologize for the problems and thanked me for my patience and understanding. The issue was caused by the supplier but CR stood tall to make it right. This gesturefrom Mark exceeded my expectations as all of the CR Customer Service staff were exceptional and made sure I was a happy camper. Inaturally ravedabout how great CrossRoads wasto every camper I met.

I EXPECT that they will do their best to alleviate the stress caused by this catastrophic event.

I would suggest you email Tom Montague about this ordeal. He use to answer emails from people on here when the whole "warranty reduction" debate was going on and I have read on the Redwood forum he has responded to people with issues on their units after hours and on weekends. I would not wait to get the ball rolling on something this serious.

If that doesn't work try him at tmontague@redwoodrv.com. He is the General Manager for the CrossRoads and Redwood lines.

Jim
Are you making any headway on your camper catastrophe?
What does CR/Lippert have to say about it?

the problem you will run into is that CR will just will just blow you off hoping that you will just go away, not very impressed with the new management and their 12 point promise just another way of getting around shoddy workmanship
