It's your duct work leaking into the ceiling/attic. Have youpulled the quick cool panel off A/C on the ceiling to inspect and sealthe exchange box that feedsyour ducts?

Bob is correct, if you have cold air pouring outof your recessed light fixtures you have a leak in a duct somewhere. We have the recessed lighting in our trailer and you cannot feelany cold air coming out of the fixtures. Sounds like you are losing a lot of cold air into the attic space that should be cooling your unit.

I do not have a quick cool panel on my main unit. I have 2 return air vents and round registers on the ceiling.

OK. I've seen this type of setup in a PrimeTime unit and itwas really quiet. But, it doesn't allow you access to inspect.

Wow, don't know what to tell you as the AC unit on the roof is feeding directly into the exchange box to the ducts. Sounds to me thatthis is a warranty repair issue as the proof that you have a bad leak in your ducts is the cool air coming from your lights.

Just curious, arethere filters in the 2 return air vents?

Yes there are filters in both return air vents. When I opened them up I had to clean a lot of sawdust out of the vents. I just emailed the dealership about the problem.

On the Whisper Quiet unit all your duct work both intake and output are in the ceiling. To access that the ceiling panels will have to come down. I woulddefinitely get that taken care of before your warranty runs out.

Thanks everyone for your replies! Great advice and insighton this issue. I knew we were not the only ones with this concern. We have checked that the vents themselves are sealed in the duct system, and I thought the vent may be pushed too far into the ceiling thus blocking the airflow. We will look into the other suggestions from all of you. We are heading back to our service dealer next month to have the unit's exterior sprayed and some othersmall things looked at. This is at the top of our list of thingsthat need attention. It makes no sense to us that the 13.5 is in the front and the 15 ac unit is in the bedroom. Looks like another 15 low procould bein our future. We really are enjoying this floor plan!
