Here we go again ...they need an Inspector at the factory to try everything to make sure everything works.. seems like nobody is listening even when we have Christian following the site...

When I did the pdi my furnace worked fine but after the trip home the tape that held the duct tube on let go now the air blew in the cargo bay and a screw head ended up in the blower motor cage. Just poor and lazy workmanship

I had the same problem. I told a VP west coast person two years ago. Why they can't put two sheet metal screws in that connection. Not just tape. Must of fallen on deaf ears....oh that's right... They already had my money..

2 screws per unit x 50 units is a 100 count box of screws. At $2 a box that could seriously eat up their profit margin!

that's whats happened box fell down on trip home. My fault for not trying furnace the guy doing it had no idea what he was doing. They were in a hurry to go home I guess. Well got it fixed for now with a lot more tape and need to put some strapping across just hard to get at.

While your underneath there. I put some 2X2 between the upper metal frames and the basement frames. Too help from flexing and squeaking like o Lincoln's log cabin.
