I'm working at a campground, a couple just arrived with a 2015 Rushmore Washington. We have cable in the park so he has hooked up to the cable but gets poor reception.
I suspect he has a TV amplifier for their OTA antenna so I go looking for it...cant find it!!! Not near the LR TV, not near the BR TV...so where is it???
It was a rainy few days at Algonquin Prov park...tarps kept us dry.

It's built into the antenna and powered by the adapter where the main TV cable plugs in. Turn off the Preamp on that panel and it should switch to the cable input. He needs to use the Cable Connection on the outside of the trailer and make sure his TV is set for cable channels.

Are you saying it's @ the plate where the LR TV connects, inside the cabinet? I didn't see anything that looks like a button, switch, etc at that wall plate, just the cable?
Problem solved... the amplifier is ... in the left overhead cabinet in the rear of the coach along with an additional coax termination.
Now why would they have a TV connection there???
Thanks to Ron @ the Crossroads Service Center for the answer, he had to call the Syracuse plant to get the answer.
