2013 Crossroads Elevation 3310 living room slide

I am in desperate need of some information! My living room slide is garbage will not work.

In order to get parts. I need an PRO# and can not locate a tag anywhere

If anyone has a 2013 Crossroads Elevation 3310 PLEASE take a minute and look at your living room slide. See if you can find a white tag with a part number. It should be on both sides. Next to the rubber seal. Up by the slide motor. Lippert says the PRO# I need starts with V000

Welcome to the forum. I do not have an Elevation, but someone on here may reply. There is usually a data sheet on the back of a cabinet door near the entrance that has information on the equipment from the manufacturer. Mine is on a cabinet door in the entertainment center. However, mine does not have any information on the slides. My 2014 Sunset Trail has Schwintek slides. What type of slide mechanism does yours have?

Please put your camper information in your signature. It will make it easier to get assistance on the forum.

Do you know what kind of slide system you have? Is it a Schwintek? If so here is a link to the parts list -- https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws...cd-0006480.pdf

Not sure on a RPO number and would one from another camper be the same?

The parts list shows 3 different variations so you may just need to match what you have to what is avaliable.

If is not a Schwintek system please let us know what it is. The more information you provide the better we can help.

All I know is it is a Lippert and the sticker in the door has no info on the slides. According to Lippert manufactures use specific systems and setups for specific make model and trim so if I could find another 2013 Crossroads Elevation 3310 I could get the RPO# if their sticker is still in tact.

Finding another just like yours with the sticker still intact/attached may be hard to do. Most repair shops would just match up what you have with the parts list.

Good luck.

My repair shop is the reason in doing this...they contacted Lippert to order the system and they are insisting we need the RPO# because there are multiple systems and we order and install the wrong one we are stuck with it no return

I have the 3313 version but to be honest I am not sure if it’s a 2012 or 2013. I do know it was the first year model for the Elevations. Do you have the big nice residential type couch or the one built by Crossroads? I can try to get out to my RV this week and look. I’ll take a picture and see what I can see.

We have the built in Elevation couch with the chaise and under storage but are replacing it once the living room slide is fixed

Yes I think we have the same year, just a different model. I will do my best to try to get out to where we have it parked and I will see what I can see.

The reason I asked about the couch is because I think they only did it that way the first year. After that the moved to the nicer couches. We changed our couch out as well a couple of years ago and couldn’t be happier!

Sorry for taking so long, I was just able to get out to my rig today. I think I found what you are looking for. Just a reminder though, we have the same year but I have the 3612. I think the only difference is yours has a shorter garage, but I am not certain.
