This forum is worthless if you can't post photos. Just description alone won't do this justice. But here is my list of problems with my 3410. I bought in December of 2012, lived in it for 6 months (when it wasn't in the shop). Put less than 200 miles on it currently (mostly accumulated from trips to the dealer for service).

Furnace will not blow strong
Water pump was defective low/surging pressure
Leak in bottom of shower into cargo area.
Very difficult to open / close entry door
Factory Wired Breaker Overload Issue
Skylight Leaked
Water damage to floor structure
Ceiling Panel Damage
Blue Control Panel LED switch indicators went out
Kitchen Lights not working
Kitchen Light fixture fell and busted glass
Damaged Counter Top
Trim Pieces falling from slides
Freshwater Tank draining itself
Black tank leaking
Short in Security Light Circuit
External Speakers falling apart
External Graphics not properly applied
Kitchen Sink water pressure problem
Sliding Glass Doors bind up and won't lock
No handles installed on ramp in rear
Fridge will not keep cold
A/C condensation leaks into living areas.
Awning has 0 pitch so it collects water.
Finding screw heads throughout unit (displaying structural integrity)
Silicone not properly applied to exterior creases allowing water and debris entry.
Stools provided with unit fell apart and had to be reassembled.

This is most of what I experienced, surely there will be more to add this is all off the top of my head. The plan for this unit is to be returned for a refund of exactly what was paid. I feel robbed to have paid nearly $50,000 for something that keeps on and on with the problems and challenges, there's nothing desirable about it.

this trailer is an embarassment for Crossroads. They should quickly take care of this situation before too many people find out about it and ruin their reputation.... or whatever is left of it.

Sorry about your luck, I hope CR makes things right for you.

Judging from the number of holes that appear to be in that roof panel I would guess they had Cockeyed Jr. doing the light install. The downhill slide continues.....

Another fine example of recent Crossroads quality and reliability. What a joke. I'm so sorry you bought a CR lemon.

The light fixture wasn't even screwed, it was secured by what looks like less than a "finish" nail, and silicone(all of which didn't make contact with the ceiling panels. What started the problem is even more problematic, the condensation from the A/C isn't exiting the unit, instead its flowing into the space between the exterior roof and the ceiling panels, you can see the water damage in the photos.

Another two things to add to the list:
Electrical outlet cover plates are all popping off.
Black tank rinse system doesn't work.

I guess in a way we can't blame Crossroads on this one. It is built under the Redwood name so their quality control is responsible for this.

What is CR saying about this, I hope they either give you a new unit or full refund.

Currently all they are offering is to have the unit sent to their facility to have it gone through, pay a couple months worth of payment, and then send it back. Not accepting the offer, I don't want their product.

Well our unit goes back to crossroad this week for repairs as follows:

Main slideout is underpowered
Main slideout leaks
Bedroom slideout drawer not closing
The two main slideouts are rubbing together durring travel and tearing the carpet
When attempting to flush out the black tank the water comes out under the bathroom sink
Bathroom door rubbing against ceiling fixture
TV / radio speakers are wired wrong
Main door latch not aligned
Propane leak somewhere in system
Electric water heater does not work
One of the tires blew out somehow... currently using spare
Rusting in the kitchen sink

This is a 2013 elevation 3612. We absolutely love this camper... its gorgeous and accomodates my family perfectly. However with all these flaws we might have to pursue a lemonlaw lawsuit if crossroad does not fix every one of these issues.

Keep bugging them ...these problems should not be happening. They need to put a "quality system" in place....

Looks to me like several of those should have been noticed by you and/or the dealer during your walk through? Need to pay attention to the details.

My dealer did a complete rush job on the PDI. When I buy another rig, I will take my time and check everything more thoroughly. We have bee fortunate to have had only minor issues - all fixed at the factory. Thanks Crossroads.

I bought one of the original Elevations (3320). This rig is terrible. What an embarrassment for Crossroads (now Redwood). This rig has been in the service facility more than we have had it. If anyone is considering a lemon law class action suit, please let me know. The final straw was last trip out when the pull down screen (held by two screws) fell and hit my Harley. What a POS!!
