Elevation 3612 Kingpin Height

Ok so I ordered a new B&W Companion slider to install prior to PDI and pick up this Saturday. Can anyone tell me which adjustment height on the pivot arms (that the fifth wheel attaches to) would be correct to have the trailer level on a 2005 SilveradoHD crew cab with a short bed? Or can you tell me the approximate kingpin height from the ground when the trailer is parked and level? Thanks

I go six inches between the bed and the bottom of the fifth wheel, with the tow vehicle level.
