More elevation quality

Recently had a little incident with my hauler thought I'd show some more of crossroads fine quality. Anyway we were trying to park the trailer but the little incline we were on was cut a bit short and the bottom of the molding that surrounds the back corner anyway I took it off to do my own repairs and reseal and what do I find .well first the lite tin on the bottom nothing backing almost an inch gap no buytl witch I think should be mandatory on any outside trim or appliance cover than on the top a gapping hole to the inside of the trailer with only a 1/8 " trim coverage and crappie caulking .ok I tried pics I'll try later
