Replacement Parts

Has anyone been able to order replcent parts for their elevation?

I was pulling ours out of storage this weekend and turned to early and ripped the ladder off. The ladder it pretty well ruined but I think if I can get a replacement I should be able to mount it back up.

Any help would be appreciated!

Crossroads will not sell directly to the owner. You must go through a dealer.

Skip the dealer. They will rip you off. Do some internet research and buy online. The same distributors that sell to the RV Manufacturers will sell to a consumer. For example:

Universal RV Ladder, RV Ladders

Happy web surfing and money saving

I wouldn't replace the flimsy ladder (which probably has specs that won't handle MOST of our bodies without sagging )

just buy a nice collapsing ladder that serves more than one purpose
like this one
or
these.

I had mine ordered at the time having mine made. Factory install. But since you already had one the backer boards are there. Just find one that will hold your weight. I craw up and down on mine all the time and I am about 225# I can't imagine not having it.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. After some inspection the brackets were not damaged so now I am hoping to find something with the same width so I can hide the holes made by ripping it out.

I also noticed a sticker on the ladder that said the capacity was 300#, I am close to that and have climbed up it a couple of times.
