brakes and hub

I need to replace my brakes and bearings. If I buy the materials for a mechanic, are these the right specs for the replacements:
  • 10" x 2-1/4" drum size with
  • 5 - 4.50 Lug Pattern
  • 3500 lb axles
Thanks

I got mine last fall from https://www.etrailer.com/. It was around $40.00 each for the whole brake assembly’s; when just the brakes were $35.00 each. I think they have gone up but still a better deal to just get the whole assembly’s and save on labor. If you can do some mechanical work. Just bolt on and re-wire. I had three inside seals that had blown out from using the Ez lube axels. I won’t use them again as others will agree. Here’s my post from last fall. https://www.crossroadsowners.com/for...ase-15478.html

Check with e trailer. Give them all the information and they will have what you need. On the ez lube axles ask for double lip seals and follow the proper procedure and you should not have any problems with them. I have never had a double lip seal blow out. Other's have had problems with the ez lube so make your own choice.

update: option advice

I think I'm going to let someone else do this install. I talked with eTrailer and found the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit (10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K) and the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly (for 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2) all for a grand total of $455 (for both left and right wheels). Not EZ lube.

Napa is having a 20% off 3 item sale right now. So I could get off-brand (Reliable Tool) equivalent there for about $100 less.

I know sometimes it pays in the long run to spend more on a certain brand. Any suggestions or experience with these?

Unless you are replacing the axle you will still have the ez lube axle. If you have a grease fitting in the end of the axle then it is a ez lube axle.

dagst has it right by suggesting E-trailer & also by replacing the whole backer plate assembly it is cheaper that way...
