I have a 2013 271bh. Can I run the heat when dry camping without power/electricity?

The furnace blower draws about 7 amps from the battery. If you are conservative with lights and other 12v items, a fully charged group 24 battery should easily handle the overnight furnace needs and even some furnace operation during the day. But don't expect to make it two days in cold weather w/o having a generator available to recharge the battery. A group 27 battery will provide more capacity or multiple batteries can provide even more capacity, allowing more days of dry camping between recharging. However, time to recharge will also be longer.

If you are in a campground with washrooms with electricity ,they usually have a plug outside that you can plug a battery charger into and charge a battery for about 4 hrs on 10 amps ....saves making noise with a genny.
