I came to the conclusion that I am stuck with the failures of the assembly crew and that I learned a very valuable lesson for the next Couch I purchase. I am unhappy to say it will not be a crossroads next time and I will take extra special care to review every inch of the new coach. I pay for the entire unit up front when I purchase and I believe this also causes an issue since the Dealer is unable to mill me thru a finance company to get more money and I chew them down to make the purchase.
Sorry to hear of your bad luck and a bad experience. Not knowing what all made it so bad, all I can add is maybe next time finance it up front and pay it off in the next week or 2.
