2013 5th Wheel 28BH

I am selling my beautiful Crossroads Sunset Trail Reserve 28BH fifth wheel.
If you google this then you will find many more pictures.
Has 3 slide outs and they are big. 2LP tanks, fire place, big fridge and so much more. Also have home theater which I can include.
We are 2 retired folks, non smoking, no pets and no kids.
We used it about for 18K miles, new tires, new roof A/C and since I have a light sleep I had a mini split A/C installed which you can not hear when it is on.
Using the A/C without the noise. Also this A/C will run with my portable generator - wow. And to cool down a hot RV, I just run both A/C's.
The 5th wheel was always stored inside with A/c on.
It looks therefore close to new.
My tow truck (also for sale) is a 2007 Ford F-250 HD Super Duty and it drives so good one could forget that behind is the 5th wheel. 13 MPG also.

Just back from a 10 week trip to the Smokies.
With the 2 A/C units it is always comfy inside.
Just to convenient and in great condition.
Will recover the dinette since the fabric gets bad.

Just back from camping in Juniper Springs, Florida, without hookups.
