2017 Crossroads Sunset Trails 291rk
We are going to be selling our Sunset Trails 291RK because switching to a motor home. It will be available mid-May. We purchased about 2 years ago and the 2nd owner told us it had only been used 4 times. He used to 1 week in Myrtle beach and 1st owners camped 3 times. He was being furloughed from a jet mechanic due to COVID and his in-laws have a big 5th wheel. We have used it at least 11 times. It is in like new condition and many improvements.
Improvements
-biggest one was add 3 rollers under the slide (one for each floor support) instead of "sliding" on the plastic bar. Also adjusted the slide cables.
-5 new sneakers due to China bomb blow out (I was going to replace anyway). I had Carlisle tires put on and upped the load range one level
-added pipe insulation to all water lines and foamed holes in floor.
-added insulation to underbelly so it now has a true extreme weather package.
-Also extended duct into underbelly forward to distribute warm air forward
-added baffle in out fan of AC to split the air stream and direct into the ducts for much better air flow. Also sealed air gaps under AC unit and under inner AC cover.
-added another different sized propane outlet to rear kitchen outside area
-upgraded bath vent fan to hi-flo exhaust fan with 3 in and 2 out speeds.
The anti-sway hitch receiver and weight distributing bars are included.
Dry weight is just under 5700 lbs- very light for the size. Bumper to hitch is 33' 4". Awning is very large- 20' I think. Tons of storage
Asking $25.000 OBO Better than a new one and looks like a new one.
