5er with 5.5 ft bed?

Any body with a 5.5 ft box that wants to pull a 5th wheel?

Never seen anything like that offered before. I just wonder what that pin box is really like.

The pinbox looks like what was originally called a "Sidewinder Pinbox". HunterII had one of those on his old Paradise Point. He always said that he really liked the hitch. Here's a link to a page showing them. https://images.search.yahoo.com/yhs/...&hsimp=yhs-004

They are calling it King Combo with Gooseneck Adapter. I agree George it looks like Keith's Sidwinder

This Pin Box doesn't appear to swivel like a sidewinder. It does however put the pin farther forward of camper front and nose piece is really cut back to miss truck cab.

I got curios enough that I contacted Highlandridge. This is what he had to say.

The reason why on a 5.5 box you can turn 90 degree's is due to the fact our front cap has indents in it so the cab of the truck won't hit the front cap. Also the pin box is slightly extended by 2 inches to allow for more clearance. We don't use a slider or sidewinder pin box.
He also said the pin box is a---Lippert King Combo

Yea, it is a standard Lippert product, but probably not an aftermarket item. Saw one on a rig last year.
