Anderson WDH won't fit frame

Greetings all, first time poster. We just purchased our first TT, a new 2019 Sunset Trail 259RL. I researched weight distributing hithes and decided to go with the Anderson WDH. Today we went to take delivery of our new TT. When I tried to bolt the Anderson pieces to my frame they would not fit. The plates have holes drilled to fit 4",5", and 6" wide frames. The holes drilled for the 5" spacing are a hair too close and I could not get the bolts in both plates! I did try several different ways, putting top bolt in first, bottom in first, twisting, turning etc, but, bottom line is, they would not bolt together. So, sadly, we left the camper on the lot and drove home. So, has anyone else had this problem and, if so, what was the solution? Thank you all.

I suggest you call Anderson hitch and talk with them about it. These companies are usually pretty responsive to customers with questions and concerns.
