Crossroad Sunset Trail 32 BH Tongue Jack Trouble

My power tongue jack seems to be failing. It keeps blowing the 30 Amp fuse. It really struggles when I'm connecting to my hitch. Any advice?

A few things to check, is the jack tight ( mounting Bolts), do you have a good electrical connection or any water in connection points. I know this is obvious, but have you raise your rear Stab Jacks before trying to jack the tongue?
