Hi Al, Sorry it took so long to get pictures. Was on vacation in NH. Lost the transmission on the way to VT.
Took over a week to get repaired and had to travel 5 hours back to VT to pick up the truck and trailer. Here are the bolts I was saying to adjust to raise the head of the hitch to get more clearance between the bed rails and the bottom of the trailer. Raising up one hole will give about 1 1/4" of movement.

You can also adjust the pin box on the trailer if you only need to go in 1" increments.

Hope this helps. You can go to any camping world or dealer and they can help you set up for the correct height. Try to get between 5 to 6 inches of clearance to be safe. I'll try to take a picture when I hitch up again on Friday to show the clearance between the truck and trailer.
