Hitch help on 05 CF25RS

I just bought an 05 CR cruiser 25RS and am trying to find a capture plate. The previous owner removed all the badges off the king pin so all I have is the VIN which is yielding no results online. Does anyone know the model and make of the kingpin box on that particular trailer? Thanks for the help!

If it's the stock Lippert pin box that came with the trailer, it's probably a model 1621.
If I get a chance tomorrow I'll see if I can find something here.

I checked my old pin box. Time has taken it's toll. The # are all gone off the tags. I'm pretty sure it's a 1621.
I took some pics maybe they will be of some help. Also a link to when I installed my new mor-ryde pin box.
