Aggie welcome to the forum! I believe your F250 is more then capable of tugging a 36DB around, my 2002 Chevy 2500 has no issues with it in tow.
Specs on the 36DB are as follows: Dry Weight: 10666, GVWR: 13838, Carrying Capacity: 3172, Hitch Weight: 1838, Axle Weight: 8828, Exterior Length: 39' 11", Exterior Height (with A/C): 12' 7", Fresh Water: 54, Black Water: 80, Gray/Galley Water: 80, Tire Size: 235/80R16E
Now, I have not gone to the scales to see what I'm actually at with this setup so the actual numbers may be differ a bit. As far as pricing, I'm not too sure as this was our first rv purchase. Plenty of rver's say RV shows are the way to go, we got what our dealer called "year end" pricing, but we purchased a 2015 not a 2014, not sure how that works! I feel like we got a smoking deal on it so we are happy.
