I just purchased a 2011 30 kingston. when I backed it into my drive the pin box rubbed the top of the truck bed. I previously owned a mobile scout and that never happened. I have a super 5th by pull rite and the top of the hitch is 17" off the bed of the truck. I pull with a 2004 chevy 2500 hd. Is this a common problem with the kingston?

any feedback appreciated.

I have not had this exact issue, but mine is very very close. By looking at Pullrite's site, they are now offering a 3" lift kit. http://www.pullrite.com/pdfs/4408.pdf

May have to give them a call on Monday to see what they recommend.

I don't understand what is hitting, I would like to see pics.

I have the same truck and my Draw Tight 16K that is as low as it will go with the pin box as high as it will go and I don't have any issues.

I have it this way because the front of the camper sits to high, I'm not sure what it will be like with the new wheels. I will find out tomorrow as I'm taking it to Eldora for the Dream ,

The bottom of the pin box is what is hitting.....the hitch is on the highest setting. It was on a lower setting when I had the mobile scout and never had a problem...Going to the dealer on Tuesday and I am sure they will give some insite,
