Anyone use this hitch for their 5er. Looking at the PullRite SuperGlide Standard. It suppose to fit on the standard rails already installed in the bed of my truck. If you use one give me some feedback please. Thanks

Im using a Super Glide hitch on my GMC Serria. It works great. I got the fully automatic one and it really works.

I have a Super Glide on my 2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD pulling a 2012 Cruiser Provincial 335SS.

I really like the hitch, especially the fact that it is automatic. The only thing that bugs me is that I seem to have to constantly adjust the stop for the rotating plate. Maybe I'm not getting it snug enough. Other than that, get the hitch you'll love it.

I also own a pull-rite. The collector plate that came with it worked fine on my old 08 toyhauler. But was too wide for my new 2013 elevation . It took awhile for me to figure it out, but after I called my pull-rite dealer, he looked it up and then (sold) gave me the correct collector plate. So be sure and measure your pin box and let your dealer give you the right one the first time.---btw if anyone needs a collector plate----give me a shout

I have the Pull-Rite as well. Mine was installed with the removable pins

so I have a clear bed when it's out. I'm glad I have it. I would

suggest that you get the 3" lift kit for the hitch to help with your bed

clearance as you may have the same issue I had with the pinbox

contacting the sides.

Steve points out the other issue that you

need to be aware of. The capture plate is key to getting the hitch to

operate properly. I've not had any issue with getting the correct one.

My original pinbox had the plate held on with a bunch of bolts, the new

one on the TriGlide is clamped on at 3 spots and a much better design.

The

adjustment mentioned about stop is something that has to be done. It

doesn't seem to affect the towing but will keep the hitch from wandering

when the RV is not hitched.

PM me if I can give you any other info.
