Tire wear?

I’m sure this has been ask but I can’t seem to find an answer to this one. I have the Goodyear Endurance tires on my Cruiser. After doing an inspection today I noticed three tires look new and only one on the front passenger side of the trailer is showing significant wear. I guess I could understand if both on the same axel was showing wear or maybe both on one side. So I’m confused. All have the same amount if air in them.

Not sure of the wear pattern but check your wheel bearings on that wheel. Could also be a alignment problem on that wheel.

I had the same thing happen on my 29SI. One was wearing and the other 3 were fine. I had a loose wheel bearing, according to the shop that checked it. Replaced all 4 bearings just be safe. No problems after that. Doug

Picture of wear pattern would help. Both outsides is underinflated. Center is overinflated. Inner or outer is alignment, bearing, maybe scuffing when cutting back in reverse to tightly - do you hear a squeal?

Here is the tire. First picture is the one is showing wear. The other tire picture looks like the other three tires.

I do remember that I had my factory brake controller set to high on my new truck back in the spring and went to stop at a road construction and heard the tires squealing. Re-adjusted the controller. But I would think more than one would show wear for that.

Tire wear looks like too much toe-in which is odd. Usually an axle stub gets bent back causing wear on the inside tread from too much toe-out.

I tend to agree with Catman. But it is also possible that it's bent down, which would also be unusual. My trailer doesn't like backing up on pavement. The front tire on the inner side of the turn always crabs and leaves skid marks. I could see that motion causing it to be bent forward - and it wouldn't take much to cause that tire wear.

I would inspect the brakes, bearings, and mostly the bearing seals. If you have a bad seal, the grease will make the brakes stick. If you are using the 'easy-lube' grease fittings, it's real easy to blow the seal.
If you haven't had the brake drum off for a while, this is a great excuse for a full inspection.

I had blown the seals on three wheels last year using the easy lubes. So I replaced the entire hub and brake assemblies and new bearings last year on all four wheels. I repacked the bearings by hand. I’ll never use the easy lubes again. Just have returned home from a month at the beach. Went from 70 degrees to 37 degrees at my house. When the weather warms I plan to pull that wheel and inspect. Then I guess I’ll go from there. Thanks for the replies.

I had wear like that, but on both ends of one axle. The axle had lost its "camber" and needed replacement. With only one tire showing that pattern I would suspect the wheel bearing first
