we are towing a ST27RB with a 2007 Yukon XL4x4. it pulls the TT great and no trouble stopping . it weighs 6500 lbs. loaded . it has hitch weight of 720 lbs. my TV has the coil springs ( not auto ride as some models do) just wandering if anyone has a setup similar to this one . we got the TT , so we upgraded to an Eq ualizer 4 pt. hitch system . the sway is almost non existent . my problem is the TV drops 2 inches in the back . i had it to our local RV dealer who specializes in this WDH . one of the first words out of their mouth was "your vehicle has a soft suspension" the book from Equalizer also states that SUV's with the coil suspension will travel a bit before the spring tightens up . just would like to hear from some of you guys towing with similar setups . i am considering putting a set of Timbrens in the back to help lift the rear of the TV. any info appreciated. i forgot to add that we are using 1000 lb. bars i had a reese before with the friction control . i read very good reports on this forum and others about the Equalizer . maybe i should have stuck with the reese

I use the same hitch with my 09 F150
when you set up the hitch does the front height return to the unhitched height?
