Just purchased a 2011 Zinger 23FB, picking up in mid march. I called Crossroads but got no response on a question of"What is thetrailer hitch height at level for the 23FB?" This is my first camper and will be pulling with a 2002 DodgeRam 2500,the trucksits pretty high and want to make sure hitch height is correct when I go to get it. Thanks, and looking forward toa great year ofcamping!

I don't think you will get CR to answer your question. To many variables. What you should do is ask your selling dealer. They should be able to set you up with a hitch so you will be level. In my opinion, they are the people you should look to first.

It's real easy to adjust the hitch height so I wouldn't worry about it before you go to the dealer. He should have a pretty level service bay where he can adjust the hitch height if necessary. Congratulations on the new rig !!

Is your RV waiting for you at the dealer? If so, you should be able to go and measure the coupler height. Do you already have the hitch system? If so, you can set up your system close to where it should be and determine if you need a different shank based on tow vehicle height. You will be ahead of the game when you pick up your RV. Learn all you can about setting up the hitch system. Correct hitch setup and safe towing is ultimately up to the end user. JMHO

Thanks for the responses, the dealer does not have any on the lot, but I am going to stop and hopefully get a better idea on the height, so I am ready to pick up. Carl

When you pick it up, the dealer at that time should adjust the WD and anti-sway system before you leave the lot.
