Anyone having significant issues with this trailer Like water leaks, axles?

Is there any way to view the floor to check for damages other than taking out the vinyl flooring?

If there is a leak in the wall, there should be staining on the interior and rippled exterior. The floors should also show ripple and you can feel a soft spot if the floor is starting to rot. You can take a very fine finishing nail or brad, tap it into a suspected area and if it goes in very easily, you may have a rot issue. If not, a little dab of silicone will cover the small hole.
