2016 Crossroads Zinger Rezerve RTZ26RB

Our trailer is in a seasonal site in a different state from which I reside in. we just took it there last weekend and we were having issues with the hot water staying hot. unfortunately, our camper manuals and paperwork are in the camper and we are thinking maybe it needs a new Anode Rod since we had this go bad in our old camper. and changed it annually. with the manuals being there, we can't look for answers since we don't know the brand and type to talk to our local RV parts stores.
We purchased this trailer brand new in 2016 and used it faithfully every weekend in a seasonal site but haven't been able to use our Crossroads for a few years( end of 2018) due to family health issues but now we are able to use it again and it's in basically brand new condition since we purchased it new.
If anyone on here happens to have the same camper from the Zinger Rezerve series, can you look at the hot water tank and please tell me the brand and also if it has an Anode Rod and the type and model # of it please.

Much appreciated. Thank you! Have a good day!

Trekwood.com is the official replacement part site for most things Crossroads (I called them one time looking for something and this is the site they referred me to).

According to them, you have an Atwood, which does not have an annode rod.

Does it improve when running with gas or electric?

Sounds like the heating element is going bad. You can replace it from the back of the water heater. You can check it with an ohm meter. Make sure your electric breakers are off.
