So, I wanted to run a dedicated connection for satellite. I contacted Crossroads via email and asked for a wiring schematic to ensure I would drill in an appropriate spot. Return email asked for my VIN. Several days later I received an email saying that it couldn't be provided because of their ever changing design. I replied that my unit was built and surely they know how it was built. Received a return email saying their diagrams are proprietary and they won't provide - contact dealer to have it installed.
This is an example of poor customer service. I know for certain that Jayco will send all construction diagrams upon request. I simply wanted to make sure drilling around the pantry sidewall was not going to result in a problem.
I managed to reconfigure the wiring at the switch in the bedroom to get things to work but sending the diagram would have been an easy request to fill.
I hope this is not indicative of how any other contacts with customer service will go.
Just remember that there are so many different trailers going down the line and these builders are not electricians ,so identical trailers may be wired a bit differently..
It was a rainy few days at Algonquin Prov park...tarps kept us dry.
