I like it, I was going to do something similar this year. My difference will be a bottle jack.

I run these down with a electric drill so it don't take long, they're bolted to the frame too. I got the extended length ones

Last year my son gave me a pair of 30" stabilizer jacks to replace the 24" ones that came on the rear of my trailer because we often camp in areas where the 24" jacks were too short. I plan to mount my take-offs near the middle of the camper like you did Mike.

So you are just adding additional jacks to the middle of the frame? Permanent or just placed and extended to make contact? I don't get that much movement (but still new) however I use blocks to prevent the corners from being fully extended. IMO, more stable if they are NOT fully extended, noticed that on my popup.

I've got them bolted up permanent, camper doesn't rock when you grab door handle to pull urself in now.

Good idea!! Another possible upgrade............But I found with by trailer being double axle I don't get that much flex of the frame. But did you ever notice how much the stairs flex? I had a rather large individual on them this past summer and thought I better help those stairs out a little. Replacement stairs are not cheap. I made a small screw jack out of gas pipe and thread stock to support the bottom step. Saw them being sold in the TT box stores. Sorry I don't have a picture. I will try to upload soon if anyone is interested. Thanks.
