Upper Bearing Block on LR Slide

Was having trouble with the Living Room slide out on my 2013 Elevation 3612 and after closely looking at the upper track, appears I have a broken shoe. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how much of a pain is the fix, i.e., something I can DIY, or a definite "take it to RV shop" fix? Thanks in advance.

Pictures of the "broken shoe" might help as I for one don't know what you're referring to.

To replace that shoe is not an easy job. The complete assembly has to be removed from the wall and track to install a new shoe. Here is a link to the Lippert PDF file on replacing a shoe.
