Upgrading 5th wheeler, need advice

My wife and I are both professional chefs. We park our 5th wheeler and frequent it with a smaller vehicle.

I am looking to upgrade to get something to modify (or already has) a residential stove/oven in addition to the fridges that are already coming in new designs. We just seem to need the kitchen more than anything.

Any suggestions for brand/floor plan that I can find or modify?

There are several brands with residential refrigerators, but I don't know of any that you'll find a residential stove/oven.

Welcome to the forum. I agree, I'm not aware of any that has a residential stoves unless you step up to luxury coaches which could have that option; which I would be surprised even with their outrageous prices. You would be better off customizing one. The problem you will find is space.

It would also have to be a propane stove, 50 amp isn't enough to run a residential electric stove.
The rv cooktops work fine other than small, but the ovens leave a lot to be desired.

Here is a possible option that may work for you. High Output Ranges - Atwood Mobile

Luxe offers residential stoves in their 5th wheels, but they're going to be in the 6 figure price range. https://luxefifthwheel.com/
