The front is stock, the newer F350's have about 3.5 inches rake from the factory. The oem F350 rear blocks are 3-1/4 inches and the F250's are 1-7/8 inches, so putting the shorter blocks in brings the unloaded rake down to about 1.5 inches which is pretty close to the same look as a leveling kit but you drop the back instead of raising the front.
