2020 cr30rl20s slide weather seal

I bought a new Cruiser Aire cr30rl20s July 2020.
getting it ready for a long trip and the wiper on the slide seal (passenger side so far) is cracking off. The tube seems ok but who knows with the wiper less than a year old cracking and ripping off.

What do we do? Any suggestions?

I don't have an answer to your concerns, but are you sure you have correct numbers and letter here for the model of your rig?
Cruiser Aire cr30rl20s

Welcome aboard.

It is actually a Cruiser Aire CR30RLS20.
Does that make it better?
Thanks,
Grpope0330

I can find a CR30RLS, but not a CR30RLS20.

Seems that it should still be under warranty.

If it were mine and it still was under warranty I would schedule it in to be fixed.

You have 2 choices - - either warranty or fix it your self. If you choose the later check with Crossroads and be sure your fix will not void any warranty later if there is a problem and they say you did something wrong. Not under warranty then fix it your self. Just need to match up the seal and install them.

Spray well w/ RUBBER. SLIDE LUBE. Every few months can help immensely. Seals will try to stick under hot sun

We purchased a 2017 Crossroads Sunset Trails 291RK from the side of the road during COVID last year (2020). It had very little use and we are 3rd owners. 2nd owner told us 1st owners only used it 3 times and he only used it 1 week in Myrtle Beach. It still smells new. I checked roof and see why 1st owners didn't keep it (well one reason anyway). It had leaks. Someone (probably a sloppy tech at the dealer where 2nd owner purchased) had "resealed" some of the voids from factory but there were still others. A tube of DAP later and no more leaks. Anyway the other things I noticed right away that is related to this post is the internal and external rubber seals were all coming off because they had split from the mount. I asked a tech about it at one of the local dealer for Crossroads and we looked at one on the lot and e said only way to replace was pull the slide- ned a forklift is how they do it. Ye$ but no thank$! I found so bulk seals online and bought enough to do all of them on slides. It had peek off with a very sticky adhesive (reminds me of EternaBond). I did the outside front and rear and no more broken seals. Inside I couldn't fasten a seal and have it work right so I used some foil-wrapped insulation left over from shop and underbelly insulation jobs cut to fit and attached with HVAC foil tape. It minimized the air leaks from those areas. I looked over past Amazon orders but couldn't find the order and I may not have purchased from Amazon anyway. I can try to post some pictures if anyone is interested.

Angry Ours too

We have a 2021 Cruiser Crossroads Aire 33BHB. All 4 wiper seals are tearing. We’ve had this rig 15ish months. My guess is we’re past the 12 month warranty so will get nothing under warranty.

Also dealing with top slide cable sagging, wondering if that could be related.

Pretty frustrated. I know we have a “covid camper”, but still, ugh.
