Well took Cruiser to Camping World today. Had an appointment at 9:00 AM and was told it would take an hour to change out the arms. At 10:30 I walked around to the back of the building and they hadn't even started on it. So made my way to service desk and with my fine communication skill got it started quickly. At 10:45 I went down the road to get a sandwich and returned at 11:30. Walked back again and they had the new arms on; but of course there was a problem. The front awning arm bracket was 1" to long and was overlapping on the propane storage door trim which was keeping it from sitting flat on the camper. So, long story short they had to take that bracket back off and cut an inch off the bottom. Overall it took 5 hours at Camping World. Now all is good and the awning is staying off the slide about 6".
