Shower faucet leaking - 2013 Cruiser Aire CTL28LB travel trailer

Hi, I am looking for helpful insight. My Cruiser Aire travel trailer has developed a leak at the shower faucet. Water is leaking out from the bottom of the shower faucet fixture when the water is turned on (does not leak when turned off), runs down the interior wall of the shower AND even after a very quick shower, water ran out into the floor of the hallway and bedroom floor. The faucet is plastic and may have gotten frozen during the extreme cold temps we had here in South Carolina this winter.

My question though is this: HOW do you get to the fixture to change it out on this model? We have taken the white round screw-on access plate off. Still cannot get to the faucet nuts/bolts to change it. It's up too high (too far up to reach) through that access hole. Is there another way -- surely there is! Here's pictures:

I think once you remove the faucet handles you should be able to remove the valves and the entire faucet. The nipple that the shower hose connects to may have split from freezing, it happened to me once. I was able to replace the nipple but I don't remember where I got the part, maybe CW.

Russ has it right...You will need an allen wrench to remove the handles....
