All-
Was out helping at a show, and then was under the weather for a bit....what an AWESOME piece of encouragement to come back to!
Thanks Lloyd for being so thoughtful, and to all of you for your kind words. There are a lot of times I WISH I had a magic wand, or at least a better way to fix issues that we come across...
BUT until I get one, know that I'll continue bringing you guys before our management and customer service to get you the best help we can! It's been a blessing to get to know some of you both through the rallies and the forum, and I hope to get more face-to-face time at the Rallies this year!
Also- if I ever seem quiet on an issue or you don't see me post for a bit, know that it's 1 of 3 things:
1) It's a question or issue that I know could be better solved by a fellow owner (rather than the factory gal jumping in to muddy the waters)
2) I have contacted the owner privately and have not had time to post that on a thread
3) (MY personal favorite) All is relatively right with the world, and I'm just sitting back and enjoying reading about what you all are up to (vicarious camping)!
As always, know that if you need ANYTHING at all, I'm just a message or an email away!
