Forum courtesy

I have been noticing lately that some of you guys asking questions aren't extending the common courtesy of acknowledging the people who answered the question. Whether it be, hey, that solved my problem, or, that wasn’t the answer I needed to fix my problem. A lot of times the person who answered your question had to do a lot of researching to find and answer for you. I think it’s only common courtesy to at least acknowledge those people, and maybe even extend a “Thanks”.
I see there are some questions that are going unanswered lately. Do you suppose that lack of extending a thank you or some form of acknowledgment to these people that are doing your research for you might have something to do with it??

Also if you do find a solution that solved the problem and it was not suggested here please post it as it may help someone else.
