CrossRoads Marketing here -
We're

interested in hearing how you use the overhead storage typically located in

your living room area? (Often in the slide-outs). What do you typically put in

them? What would you like to be able to put in them?<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /></span>

Please reply by August 1st, 2012 and include what model RV you have.</span>

Thank

you!</span>

We have a Zinger ZT26BL. We use it to store miscellaneous stuff like diapers, dog leash and doggie bags, walkie talkies, cords for Mp3 player, CD's etc. Adding more overhead storage would allow me more space to spread out my dishes from the kitchen as the kitchen overhead cabinets don't have enough space for plates, cups, tupperware and glass cookware (pots and pans are else where). Also, if you are revamping storage in the trailers adding drawers for socks and underwear in the bedroom would be a very nice and welcome addition. Thanks.

CF30SKP (2010)here. We use the storage over the sofa for dinnerware (plastic plates, napking, plastic tableware) needed at the table. Also clothes storage when grandson or daughters go along.

Rear overhead is games, kites, cable TV hook up cables, binoculars, cameras, etc. All the movies, CD's, etc. go over the TV area. Under the TV is the heavier stuff.

I would like to see a way to install vertical dividers to keep things in place and more positive latches to keep things from opening the doors going down the road. The rear storage would be handy for fishing rods it it had one long door!

AND PLEASE FIND A BETTER WAY TO HOLD THE GLASS IN THE DOORS. The method in our previous 2003 and the current unit have had loose glass. I have had to apply silicone to all the glass and mirrors to prevent them falling out.

Hello, I am new to this site, we are in the process of purchasing a new cruiser travel trailer CT28RKX. I cannot find a pic of the extra long wonderful sofa when it is opened to the innerspring sofa bed. My question, is it a full size bed as the same size as sofa, or does it open to a smaller bed. Can you help me or send a pic of the sofa made into the bed?
Thank you for any help.

We store:

Maps, RV owners operating manuals, hats and crafts, DVD and light stuff. I don't like to store heavy stuff that high up. We like the cabinets in that location.

2007 CF30SK...over the Dinette and couch is where our food (cans, boxed, snacks, chips) goes on long trips. On short trips, they are mostly empty. Over the rear window are the books, games, maintenance supplies, DVD's.

We have two teenage daughters, so ours is used for nothing but clothes, along with the top half of the pantry, and the cabinets over the entertainment center and the closet by the door...

We have a 2010 Seville. The storage above the couch holds the games, foldable mesh food covers, the basket to bring all the utensils, etc outside, the windchimes, binoculars, the windsocks for the back flag pole. Nothing heavy.

We have a CT30RL. We use the over head storage in the slideout over the couch for bedding, Sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. Also over the dinning table we use for Potato chips, basebal gloves some 2 qt canisters for Koolaid, etc.

Id like to see the cabinets deeper so that we could fit dinner plates, and wide items. So make them deeper.

We have a 2011 Cruiser CF-335SS Patriot and use the storage over the sofa for lightweight items such as snacks and paper goods. Generally, any area over waist high gets the light stuff, canned goods, water, etc go as low to the floor as possible.

2011 CF32BL Cruiser
In our overheads above our couch is:
Games, Ring binder packed full of Crossroad manuals and others items with regards to the Rig, Office supplies box, binoculars, first Aid kit. We have rear overheads also, THese hold extra sheets, mypillow/blanket for lounge chair, travel atlas, more games and one section left open for use by guestthat we may have.
PS: I love myspace.
PS2:I wish all rigs had the tapperd (slanted) slide out roof. Sure makes that slide out area fill large and/or not as closed in.

2011 Rushmore 35RL; In the back, over the chairs Reference material, blankets and misc. Found that one should not put heavy stuff there as the bottoms will fall out! On the side, over the couch, dishes, packaged food items and odds and ends. DW has packed and re-packed and re-packed again, most all of the storage areas in the trailer, and I am sure we will continue to pack and re-pack. Think about atall, thin storage area in kitchen for the sink and stove covers to be slid into to get out of the way. Maybe??
Thank you for the opportunity to give input .
