Questions Questions And More Questions.
When a member asks a question why does it seem like it is answered with more questions? Because the members need more information to understand and provide the best answer to your question.
Hypothetical question--- My slide quit working what's wrong with it?
From that question we just understand that your slide quit. To better answer that question we need to ask questions like -- What brand and model camper do you have? What type slide system do you have? What was it doing when it quit? Just to name a few. So why do we ask these questions?
Make and model of camper. This tells us what you are working on then other members with that specific camper can help and others can look up your camper for more information.
In this instance about a slide-- Type of slide system--There are several different types and each is different from the others in how they adjust and operate so if we have that information we can look it up or point you to a link from the manufacture that may provide a solution. Some of the members have years of experience with campers and may have had the same thing happen to them.
What was it doing? -- It helps to know what happened when it quit -- was it making any noises, did it just make a clicking sound than would not move? Just a few examples.
So PLEASE help us help you. What is the best way?
For starters you should have a signature with your camper Make, Model, And year. If you are unsure how to do this just ask. Then provide as much information as you can about the problem. And remember when questions are asked it not to irritate or annoy you it is to better help.
