some members unable to log on

There are some members who have not been able to access the forum website using their old user is and passcode. They said they tried to register again and that didn't work either. The forum tells them to contact an administrator but they said they have been unable to do that as well.Can a moderator please post some help for these members. There are several of them asking for help on rv.net forums. Thanks.
