I had posed this question to Crossroads when I was researching the brand and I think the answer I got was they considered their product a deep three season camper. That being said, I can tell you that late in March I was camped in Missouri and the night time temp got down into the mid to upper 20's with some good wind. I had a pelonis 5-disc furnace that kept the camper nice and toasty until about 3:00 a.m., when the furnace kicked on at 67-degrees. I think the furnace only ran once or twice after that until morning. About the only time I use the furnace is to bring the camper up to temp, then I use the pelonis the rest of the time. The pelonis has no trouble keeping the camper in the 68-70 degree range. I do have the upgraded insulation and insulated windows and keep the shades pulled down to minimize heat loss.
