The DW and I had a 24 foot 5vr that we found to be too small for long distance travelling so we decided to trade up. We looked a several different brands before we decided on the CF30SK. The ironic thing is that we ordered the 30SK sight unseen. The dealer didn't have one for showing so we went strictly by the floorplan. We looked at other models and we liked the fit and finish. Since we decided to keep this trailer for a long time, we decided to upgrade all appliances and add a few enhancements. We got the large fridge, the bigger water heater, the 15K A/C, the extra chair, extra insulation, and slide awnings. As well, we ordered the trailer with shocks. They were the only option that caused us a bit of grief. Unfortunately, the mounting bracket welds were poorly made and broke loose. This allowed the shocks to swing free and one of them caught the tire and destroyed it, the wheel and trim on the trailer body. Crossroads came good for all the repairs.

Overall the CF30SK, turned out to be perfect match for us. It is spacious, has lots of storage for travelling, and is relatively light weight for towing. We've made a number personal modifications to the trailer to make things a little easier for us.

I currently have a 2007 30SK but I have seen pictures of the 2009 and like the additional kitchen cabinets and the larger dresser in the bedroom. Does anyone have one of these yet? Also, I can't seem to find a dealer that can give me any info on the "Patriot" package which are very nice upgrades. Anyone have some info on that?

We are on our 2nd Cruiser, 1st one we bought in the end of '04 and picked up our '08 in Dec. of 2007. We love the floor plan in our 32BL, the bunkhouse and rear living room are perfect. There is even plenty of room to entertain when the weather is bad. We also like the private bathroom. It tows nice with the Equa-Flex suspension. All in all, a very nice unit.

I second the great comments on the CF30SK. We are on our third snowbird extended stay and have only a couple of very minor problems that I fixed myself. We too looked at many compeditors units before we settled on Crossroads and have certainly been happy with the decision we made.

We have a 07 29RE 5vr and have loved it. We are ready to upgrade and are dealing on an 09 CF30SK. We are going the Patriot edition for I really like the 16 inch wheels, 50 amp service, power rear jacks, roto flex pin box, corian counter tops w/stainless steel sinkand insulation upgrade at no additional cost. One catch is that we have been told that we are unable to makesome of our own option additions to the Partiot edition. Can't get the Fantastic fan in kit but dealer will do the install for us w/remote control. Dealer Mark McEndree is knowledgeable and great to do work with. He is located in the metro KC area. Give them a try!

I love my 2009, I wish my floorplan would have been eligible for the Partiot PKG, but no big deal. I am enjoying the interior upgrades from the 2008's. I am no fan of light oak cabinets and the nuetral counters/carpets. The new cap with indents, "tuscany maple" cabinets and new ET center is nice.

Thanks!
