I will be taking delivery of my new 2014 crossroads zinger rezerve soon. I was given the business card of Marc Rief, regional sales manager, and he told me to call him if I have any problems.....I was very impressed with him, and is a major reason I purchased a Crossroads RV.

Kim at Crossroads helped us tremendously with a vandalized window problem. The repair shop was terrible. They didn't order the right parts for the window. Kim finally sent photos to the shop showing what they needed to order. I don't think they would ever have figured it out without her help!

I don't know way CR doesn't dump the bad dealers like GM and Ford did when the Gov help them out.

I don't believe Ford took part in the bailout. Government Motors and Chrysler did though.

Congrats on new trailer Gary. Hopefully you won't need anyone. A good dealer helps, but most people have had to go right to Crossroads, then keep a fire under dealer.

Congrats, Gary. Come join us at the Factory Rally in July. It is great to hear to about good dealers and good CR regional managers.

And I agree with some of you that some of the dealers need to be weeded out. We have a new dealer in our area that is carrying the Sunset Trail and they are family owned. It was the first place we looked a couple of years ago and they had very little inventory but have grown and now have ST. They may get our next buy.

I'm helping TDG work out his issues with his Jefferson. Seems our two units both Jefferson's. Built three weeks apart. Have the same problems. No quality control back then. I jokingly told TDG, we have lemon sisters. Both made in November.. mine the 8th, his the 30th. Its so sad company's and employees, don't take pride in their work. Just push them out the door.

I stand corrected but point is the manufactures dump there under performers i.e sales and customer service.

The seals on the slide outs on my 2014 ST31SS we're not installed correctly and leaked, big time. Crossroads paid the dealer to fix it, extended my warranty 3 months, and paid for slide out covers for both slide outs (including installation). I only made one call to customer service, and they were very friendly and helpful.

And if anyone lives in Washington, buy from Clear Creek RV in Silverdale. They handled the whole thing, went to bat for me, did superb work, and threw in a set of Maxxair vent covers as well.

I was very upset at having a large amount of water leak in and damage my brand new trailer, but now I am happy and relieved that they worked together to not only find the problem, fix all of the damage, and pay for some extras to help prevent future problems.

Now that is stepping up to the plate and hitting it out of the park.

Kudos to Crossroads

Glad to hear all of you problems corrected in a professional manner. Lets hope these reports of improved customer service continue and Crossroads is once again a reliable Manufacturer.

Once we found a reputable service provider, Cross Roads has gone above and beyond to honor our warranty. We have nothing to complain about. They have helped us and met our needs on every issue so far! It has been said before on the forum, but finding the right service provider is the key. The one we found isn't even a CR service center, but they have worked very hard for us.

Well crossroads is still dealing with our camper water leak. They are having come to them to pick up our unit. 200 miles each way. They are NOT giving us any breaks. Making it difficult for us all around.

If they are continuing to pick it up, take to the factory for repair, and deliver it back, it sure sounds to me like -- Excellant customer service.
