Hi...we are considering on getting a 2013 Crossroads Cruiser 335 5th wheel. Are there any issues with them? Any regrets getting one? The Indiana dealer is throwing in a 4 yr. warranty with it. We are located in PA and need to know where we can get worked on? He's giving us $7000 for our 1999 Jayco Designer and $25,000 out the door. Would this be a good price or keep looking around? Any other info. on it would be great. Thank you.

If you are happy with the deal you are getting go for it. If you have warranty related issues then you need to make sure your dealer is a good one. I would post who your dealer would be here and maybe some of the folks that have bought from them can post their experiences as far as service after the sale. You may not have any problems at all but in case you did it would be nice to know how the dealer would handle them. Good luck with your purchase.

We have the Patriot version, almost identicle. Love the floor plan and had luck with our local dealer (about 1 hr 10 min away) Good luck on your decision.. Dealer is an important part of the equations as Hunter11 said.

Price sounds reasonable, but is the extended 4 yr warranty only thru the dealer in Indiana? If so, would you really use it? But, most likely it is thru a 3rd party and may or may not be ez to use with an RV service center near you.

I just called the dealer and he said its a 3rd party warranty and said we can go to any RV dealer with it here in PA. We never had warranty so I need any help with that if anyone knows about it.

So this extended warranty is only good at RV dealers within PA? I would get the name of the warranty company and do some internet research on them. Look for reviews on how they handle warranty claims.
